This session is designed for any client, vendor or consultant that has ever been exasperated and frustrated with the partnering process and know there must be a better way. With a view to developing a better understanding of common challenges in outsourced learning initiatives, from both sides of the table, this session will explore the common pitfalls of the partnering process and discuss methods to avoid them.
During this highly interactive workshop, we will discuss the risks associated with key interactions during vendor selection, project engagement and design, development and implementation phases. We will swap stories and best practices and explore considerations for maximizing the partnership potential.
