Alison has over 20 years of experience in learning and design and has been a consultant and instructional designer with Benchmark Performance since 2015. Over the years, she has led the design and development of a number of flagship programs and has been recognized for her ability to create innovative learning programs that drive results. She is especially interested in combining foundational learning best practices with new and emerging trends to create effective solutions. Alison holds both a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University and Master Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Alison has taught a number of Instructional Design courses at George Brown, including Foundations of Teaching and Training, Needs Assessment and Designing Training.
