Anthony Meloche is a learning professional with 20 years’ experience in organizational learning and development. He works as a Leadership and Learning Advisor with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board where he coaches learning professionals to design and deliver authentic learning experiences. He promotes participant engagement and brings passion to sessions he facilitates.
He is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP). As a lifelong learner he has completed his BA Liberal and Professional Studies (University of Windsor 2010), Master of Education (Memorial University 2015) and is completing his Doctor of Educational Leadership (Western University). Additionally he holds a University Teaching Certificate (University of Windsor) and a Certificate in Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation.
His expertise and passion for academic and organizational learning is evident in the hundreds of programs he has designed, facilitated and evaluated in a traditional and on-line setting. As a scholar practitioner, his research and applied expertise focus on experiential learning, evaluation, leadership, coaching and organizational improvement.
