Christine Dagenais Oudijk MBA, NCC, PCC
A skilled Executive Coach, Leadership Development Specialist, Talent Management Professional and Facilitator with integrity, enthusiasm and drive. Christine has over 17 years corporate and entrepreneurial experience, strong credentials and a track record of impressive client successes.
Christine currently oversees the Capability Development Center of Excellence with Enbridge’s Results Delivery Office, responsible for the leadership and capability development of all senior and executive leaders focused on business transformation. Previously, she led the team responsible for developing Enbridge’s first ever Leadership Development strategy which included the design and implementation of best-in-class Leadership Development Certificate Programs, practices and process for all levels of leaders across the enterprise. Under her leadership Enbridge was awarded the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) WOW Award for the design and implementation of an innovative, best-in-class Leadership Development strategy.
Christine is a Certified Professional Coach with a certificate in Executive Coaching from Cornell, a certificate in ontological coaching from the internationally recognized Newfield Coach Training Program (NCC), and is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She has a background steeped in business management, both in education and experience, having most recently earned her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Calgary’s Executive MBA program. Christine also holds numerous industry related designations and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II Practitioner, a Korn Ferry Profilor 360 Assessment Intrepreter, a Prosci Change Management Professional, and a certified Gallup Behavioral Interview Specialist.
As Managing Director with Creative Coaching, a boutique leadership development firm she founded in 2005, Christine has supported numerous clients in successfully navigating various personal, professional, leadership and career transitions, including personally providing executive coaching to over 250 Executive MBA candidates. She’s also is an Instructor at the University of Calgary where she teaches various classes in the Leadership Development Program offered to part time, full time and Executive MBA candidates.
Christine is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Institute for Performance and Learning (IPL), the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the Canadian Psychology Association (CPA) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Christine is a member of the Board of Directors for Light Up the World, a Calgary based non-profit organization that brings solar electricity to rural familes living off the grid, based on the belief that access to energy changes lives.
Christine loves to work hard and play hard. When not collaborating with her clients or colleagues, she is having fun making memories with her husband and two young children. International travel tops the list too, with almost 50 countries travelled and the next overseas adventure always being planned in the background.
