As a senior, strategic and accomplished international bilingual performance and learning specialist, Raymond offers 30+ years of expertise in advancing capabilities of adult learners through high-performance, cost-effective learning programs. Savvy program strategist, designing and delivering engaging, interactive curriculum aligned with learning objectives, stakeholder input, required skills and existing learner competency levels. Raymond excels at integrating multi-faceted learning methods, including e-learning, webinars, group settings, coaching programs and virtual support networks that assimilate seamlessly into operational constraints and budgets.
Raymond has private, not-for-profit, and public sector experience in corporate and operational positions of increasing significance involving multi-dimensional and multi-team organizational training and change management programs. Raymond is a Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) and has a Certificate in Design, Development and Facilitation of Online Courses with Honours from Algonquin College, a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, a Certificate for Teachers and Trainers of Adults with Honours from Algonquin College. He recently completed a Master’s Certificate in Leadership at the Schulich School of Business at York University as well as a Change Management Certificate from APMG International. He is bilingual in French and English. Raymond also holds Master Trainer and Facilitator certification from several national organizations.
A strong contributor to Canadian and US research boards (US National Trainer Certification Program, US Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines, Canadian Transit Industry Instructor Certification Program), Raymond is in high demand for his expertise in needs assessment, curriculum design, instructional design, facilitation, program review, development and management.
Raymond is a current member of the I4PL Awards Committee and the International Education Committee of the Alternatives to Violence Project. Raymond is the president of End2End Training Solutions, a company he started in 2015.
