Stephanie Burgetz, M.Ed., CTDP, has been training and facilitating group learning events for close to 20 years. Stephanie recently joined the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons as their Learning Guru. This follows her tenure at The Conference Board of Canada as the Senior Research Associate and Network Manager for the Council of Learning and Leadership Development. Prior to this Stephanie was at The Ottawa Hospital for nine years, in a variety of roles in learning, leadership, strategic planning facilitation, organizational development, and patient education. Stephanie is a graphic recorder and facilitator, and is energized when she can incorporate working in a visual way into her training, facilitation, and consulting. Prior to her work at the hospital, Stephanie spent 14 years in management in the social services sector.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree from the University of Windsor, major in Drama in Education and a Masters in Education degree from the University of Ottawa, where her studies focused on adult learning within the context of the organization. Stephanie holds facilitation and coaching certifications in Interaction Management from DDI (2007), Personal Strengths (2012) and EQ-I 2.0 & EQ-i 360 (2014).
