Cancellations, Refunds or Transfers

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be received in writing.

If cancellation is received:

  • On or before August 31, 2017, you will receive a full refund (less a $100 administration fee).
  • From September 1, 2017 to October 6, 2017, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after October 6, 2017.

Payment must be received by October 20, 2017.
 
Membership is included in the non-member rate and is activated once payment is received in full.

The Institute for Performance and Learning reserves the right to change or cancel program elements without notice or refund. Substitutions must adhere to the member/non-member differential and be requested by emailing conference@performanceandlearning.ca.
 
Each registration pass is intended for the individual named in the registration form. The Institute will not hold badges at the registration desk. A non-refundable replacement fee will apply to all lost, misplaced, stolen, and forgotten badge requests.
 
All prices are subject to 13% HST.
