BOOTH ORDER FORMS
The standard booth is 10 x 10 feet with an 8 ft. black drape at the rear, 3 ft. draped sides, and the hall is carpeted.
Furnishings, internet, decorations and audio visual elements must be ordered separately through third-party suppliers listed below.
Please note that if you are ordering through GES, you will need to review and complete the GES Credit Authorization Form.

With the CASL and privacy laws in Canada it isn’t as easy to gather contact information as it used to be. If you rent a lead retrieval device for the conference you are able to collect contact information without breaking any of the laws. The deadline for early bird pricing is October 27 – rent yours today!
You can order onsite items with the Metro Toronto Convention Centre including internet, cleaning and food & beverage services. You may also wish to purchase an advanced Parking Pass to give you in-and-out privileges.

The trade show will be held in Constitution Hall (Halls 106-107) at the MTCC. As the convention centre does not accept shipments, we have partnered with GES to service your shipment needs.
Option 1: Pre-ship your materials via GES
If you are traveling from out of town and you would like to ship materials, GES will accept your material at their warehouse and then deliver it to your booth location.
Customs: please use tariff Item 9993.00.00.00 for all display items entering Canada temporarily.

Option 2: Hand deliver your items
This option is for exhibitors who will be bringing their materials with them. If you have large items, you will need to move in and out of the east loading docks (info and maps p. 7). Should you require a pump truck or dolly, GES will have a few onsite that you may borrow. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also wish to purchase an advanced Parking Pass (p. 17) to give you in-and-out privileges. If you have minimal items to carry, you can bring them with you from the parking garage. The closest parking garage is located just off of Simcoe Street. Once in the parking garage, follow the signs to the North building, level 100, Constitution Hall.
TRADE SHOW RECEPTION
Monday, Nov 6 @ 4:45 – 6 PM
Informal learning at its best and most engaging! Mingle with your peers, conference speakers, exhibitors, the team, and the Board of Directors at this fun and interactive event.
The reception will take place on the trade show floor.
